James M. Eichenlaub
Acting Executive Director/Government Affairs

Coordinates and executes the government affairs program within the scope of Association policy objectives and communicates issues and concerns to members of the public on issues that affect the industry.

Georgianna Baird
Financial Administrator

Responsible for the Association's financial management system.

Kim Kasprack
Director of Membership

Maintains all member records and reports. Responsible for knowledge of and dissemination of all member services for all associations and councils. Coordinates membership marketing activities.

Annette M. Serino
Director of Events

Coordinating and planning all social and member events. Responsible for conference and meetings of the Association and all affiliates; as well as special events as directed by the Executive Director.
